This small commercial retail space in the heart of NYC required creative ways to make use of the tight corners so that is was functional, and showcasing it's delicate, custom-made fixtures and furnishings from Paris, France. MaxCo created an outdoor facade in this nook between two tall buildings that was inviting and beautiful.

This 1860s landmark needed a complete house restoration that included relocating and rebuilding the entire outside porch and external fixtures. The house was abandoned for more than 7 years. Provided with art renovation under the direction of the owners which consisted of stabilization of the structure, renovation and relocation of two bathrooms, a brand new kitchen in the lower level, house paint, and floor restoration.

This spacious living room area called for custom molding modifications and high quality very detailed painting and finishing.

This small residential kitchen was made to seem more spacious by using a bright white herringbone tile design, in addition to the traditional subway tile backsplash. We also built a customized pendant light fixture above a large one-piece slab of marble for the island, and integrated the dishwasher and other appliances to maintian the aesthetic.

Maxco was able to restore this English-style bathroom using a more contemporary tile pattern and fixtures.

This large custom walk-in closet space required all kinds of nook and cranny accommodations for electrical, lighting, and proper design practice.
