    COFOUNDER, Chief Executive Officer

    Alex manages and oversees all aspects of each project, as well as ensure the materials, workers, equipment and services needed to complete projects on time and within budget are delivered.

    Alex has more than 15 years of experience performing renovations of small to mid-size residential and commercial spaces. He carries out all necessary construction duties including painting, installing plumbing fixtures and general carpentry tasks.

    COFOUNDER, Chief Operations Officer

    Melissa manages all behind the scenes business operations that include finances, accounting, staffing, marketing and business growth strategies. Her experience of 20 plus years in corporate communication, project management and marketing support MaxCo’s development and expansion over the past 15 years.

  • MARIA

    BUSINESS COORDINATOR

    Maria supports all day-to day administration tasks that ensure our teams deliverables reach completion with efficiency through a positive experience. Some of her duties include supporting Marketing needs, billing, licensing, certifications, and client/vendor communications.

    Jesus manages the day-to-day deliverables with his team on projects.

    SR. CRAFTSMAN

    A valued employee since 2009, Jim is a skilled laborers and craftsmen in the field on renovation projects, and supports the day-today deliverables to ensure on-site completion with reference to scope and budget.
